At the end of September, the IVF Bioscience team attended the ESDAR meeting in the beautiful city of St Petersburg. The meeting presented an opportunity to explore the vast potential of the animal IVF market in Russia and Eastern Europe.
In between the interesting scientific programme, the IVF Bioscience team managed to take in some of the breath-taking sights that the historic city has to offer, despite being stopped by the local police.
Accompanying the team on the stand was our Russian representative, Maxim Pavlenko from Helicon Company (pictured above with Dr Lotte Stroebech), who was able to assist with the promotion of our serum-free bovine IVF media suite.
We were encouraged by the unexpectedly high level of interest there was in bovine and equine assisted reproductive technologies (ART) in the Russian market and we are looking forward to working with these new customers.
Finally, we’d like to thank the organisers for putting together such a unique programme and for an all-round well organised conference. We are already looking forward to next years’ ESDAR conference in Thessaloniki.
At the end of October, we will be exhibiting at the AETA & CETA joint annual convention in Colorado Springs. We hope to meet you there!
