We are pleased to announce that we have changed the way that you can pay with your credit card and we will now be using a service known as Stripe. This online payment processing software avoids relaying card details over the phone or via fax, providing a more secure and direct payment solution.

In addition to this, we have been able to reduce our credit card processing rate by almost 1%* and this benefit will be passed directly onto our customers.

Credit card payment option

Here’s how simple it is to pay via Stripe:

  1. Upon placing your order, please let us know that you wish to fulfil payment via credit card and we will apply the rate to your order
  2. When payment is due, we will send you an e-invoice directly to your inbox with a link to Stripe’s secure payment platform
  3. Once you have checked the invoice amount, simply submit your credit card details and you will receive an instant response along with a receipt of payment for your records

Stripe is able to support payments from Visa and Mastercard and we are now able to accept payment from American Express credit cards.

For added convenience, regular customers can securely store card details to be remembered on their device for simplified payments. IVF Bioscience will not be able to view or have access to these details as they are encrypted within Stripe’s server.
